Benjamin Dash

Benjamin Dash opened the firm in 2008. Prior to that he was a partner in the law firm of Dash Reynolds, LLP following his practice in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices of Jennings Sigmond, P.C. He has represented a wide range of clients that includes lenders, title insurers, builders, real estate agencies, realtors, investment bankers, local and national businesses, and individuals.

Ben has lectured extensively to business, trade, and professional groups on such topics as failure to disclose defects in real estate transactions, litigating mold claims, home inspector negligence, short sales, navigating transactions in a downward market, consumer fraud, and predatory lending.
