Mary Chatten
Ms. Chatten's diverse practice includes complex commercial litigation disputes involving banking and mortgage fraud, business transactions, contracts, construction, real estate and employment relationships; premises and products liability; personal injury, insurance coverage disputes and municipal land use. She has experience in handling cases in both state and federal court, from pre-suit dispute resolution to appellate practice.
Upon graduation from law school, she clerked for the Hon. Lee B. Laskin in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
